皆さん、こんにちは～(^O^)
毎週木曜日は営業時間を１１時からとさせて頂いて練習会や講習会、ミーティングを行っているのですが、その中で月に１回４店舗のお店が集合して合同勉強会(インセンティブ)をしています。
今回の担当はIYOHKでした。我らがリーダー池田のリアルなサロンワークをみんなの前で解説を交えながらしていくことになりました。
普段お客様をカットしている所を見ていても解説を聞きながらではないのでとても新鮮で勉強になりました。
今回のモデルさんは『切ってもいいしおまかせ！！』でしたので、カウンセリングで普段のお手入れ・セットの仕方・クセの出方・ＳＴ施術の前歴などいろいろ話していました。
皆が見守る中、細かく解説を入れて、質問が行き交いながら作業が進みます。モデルさんも美容師ということもあり普段では言えない話➡『首を長く見せる切り方、耳後ろの締め方、頭をいかにコンパクトに見せるか、等々』詳しく解説しながら進みます。
丸みのあるコンパクトなボブの完成です。２月にストレートをしているということでその中で乾かすだけで丸みのある柔らかなボブと質感を作り上げるリーダーはさすがでした！！モデルさんにも似合っていました!(^^)!
来月はまた違うお店の担当なので楽しみです！！
