頭の側頭全体を覆っている筋肉で、食べ物などを噛むときに使う咬筋と連動して
動いています。
無意識に力が入りやすかったり噛みしめる癖のある方や、はぎしりをしてしまう方は
凝っている場所です。
ここが凝ると、目の血流も悪くなり、かすみ目などにもなりやすくなります。
顔のたるみや、ほうれい線にもつながってきます。
ここをしっかりほぐしてあげることで、リフトアップ効果も期待できる筋肉です。
